Head Install Help?

Hey guys, installing my head onto the block. Lube'd up the ARP suds threads and installed them onto the block. Then put the head down over and its not going down the hole way. Hitting to raised parts around 2 of the bolt holes (forget what they are called off top of my head) Heres what im talking about:

and suguestiongs? Cold I just remove them since I do have the ARP head studs and it seams that these things are just used to line up the head gasket.... But any input is welcome. (usa)

Ok, nevermind. I just removed them and everything fit perfect so going to lock this when I get time

Lol I guess, But I dont want to delete because if I had to ask for help on this someone else must at one time hahaha.
