Happy bday 503 We'll have to meet up sometime soon.

Always wondered where people who lived in paradise went to on vacation........
NEVER thought it would be here though lol.

Sorry Still drawing a blank of what to do in this town.

picked up a few books of places. gonna do the stop at small bed & breakfasts along the way.. any romantic type spots with good scenery ( I like taking pictures)

You'll just miss BMW/Porsche track day the 25th.

There's some nice coast scenery and fun driving along 101, being from Hawaii I would imagine you have seen the ocean though.
Long Beach in Washington is nice. In Oregon there's Cannon Beach, Yachats, Nehalem, Aquarium in Newport, Tillamook for the cheese factory (free cheese curd samples) and ice cream, a couple of casinos (one in Lincoln City). Hug point has 1 or 2 cold, dark caves that may or may not be romantic.

Only B&B I have stayed at is Arch Cape below Cannon Beach, http://www.archcapehouse.com/, a bit pricey but very nice, great breakfast and cool rooms. Inn at Cannon Beach has some nice rooms too though as I believe thay have 3 locations.

In Portland try NW 23rd Ave or SE Hawthorne for a variety of restaurants and shops.

Have a good time and holler at any of us if you guys want to hit a restaurant, coffe shop, pool hall.....

hmmmm,.... only 18 huh? oregon is known for its strip clubs too so if your gf is down there are a few 18 and over ones. One of them is actually just 5 mins from my place lol. But other than the night scene here you can take a drive up north to mt. st. helens as well and check that place out if your sick of the coast line. And if you want to go shopping there are plenty of shopping places to go to a lot of outlet malls too and there is one in lincoln city since you will be on the coast.
