FSB bushings

:
mazda5 GT 2009
Its been a little over a year now since I had FSB bushings replaced with OEM bushings on my 2009 mazda5 GT 69K+ mileage and the knocking is back during cold weather and around first 10 min of driving.

Are there other parts that are likely needing to be replaced at this point and is causing the FSB bushings to get worn quickly? Has there been a consensus for best replacement FSB bushing? Thank you!

This was discussed at some length here a while back. IIRC, there was a factory revision of the FSB bushings that resulted in a little bit better durability. Your car being an 09, you may already have the latest bushings in place. You always want to check your endlinks and front struts when things wear faster than they really should. If you are willing to put up with a little bit more noise/vibration you can replace the rubber FSB bushings with polyurethane from Energy Suspension
