^it's a short shift plate that attaches to the shift linkage in the engine bay. it effectively shortens the length of the shifter throws without actually having to change out the whole shifter assembly itself. much easier to install and more cost effective but usually throws arent as short as a true short shifter

Don't know if they are as short as a true short shifter, but they are short. Huge difference compared to stock.
