Its from a 2007 MS3. Not too sure what lower section you're talking about. Pretty much what you see on the picture is all the parts. Let me know what that lower section is and I'll try to see what that is.

What year MS3 did that airbox come off of? Is there a lower section that goes with it?

I'm not sure if there is a lower piece. Do you have any idea if this box is the same for 2008? Sorry for all the questions. We purchased one of these cars at an auction for resale. Someone prior had put an after market air breather on it.

Yeah, 2007-2009 are the same. The airbox comes with everything from stock. Let me know if you're interested, shoot me a PM.
