Fan vibrating sound on higher setting

Recently noticed that when fan is on higher settings (I think three highest) it starts making vibrating sound.

Would this be covered by a warranty?

Same noise you would hear on a 20y.o. fan with dying bearings. But this one is 1.5y.o. Could it be caused by something that got inside the fan? Is there a way to check?

Blower is located behind the glove box and is very accessible. You can quickly unbolt it, inspect, and also listen to it up close if necessary.

Blower fan appeared to be cup-shaped, and a dry leaf got inside the "cup", never could've thought a tiny dry leaf could cause so much rattling on high speed
