engine/trans shake when starting up

Problem here when i start up my mazda 3 HB. When i turn on my ride the engine and trans shakes. you can feel it in the car when u start, and see it when the hood is up. Any ideas here? thanks

The service manager at the dealer said that all 3's have the crappiest motor mounts and that they are really soft to absorb vibration. Well in your case they seem to be too soft. Might want to check them to see if they are torn or loose.

yep sounds like a crappy mount to me.

just saw a post yesterday of some loose engine mounts on a few MS3... maybe you have the same issue on your ride..... prob. not a big thing for the dealer to check on
