About to upgrade all of my brakes from factory to EBC USR Power slotted rotors and EBC Redstuff Pads. Also doing braided brakelines, braided clutch line and high performance blue fluid. Anyone have a similar setup or any advice on the bedding time for the red stuff pads? I found a website with great pricing on all their brakes for ms protege.

for brake fluid , i heard higher DOT fluid tends to get moisture inside under hard braking, dot 3 or 4 fluid are more suitable for daily drive.

for rotor... guess i am gonna get centric premium, cheap, and rust resist coating in the hub area save trouble time to paint it myself. plain rotor i guess... just so i dont get rust in the slots/holes for rain season ?

brake pad idk, heard hawk hps are best option so i am gonna get that on my next replacement i guess.

brake line, any brand stainless steel would do i guess

I ran those pads and rotors years ago. They had nice stopping power but didn't last long so consider how often you want to keep buying pads. Also, the rotors corroded on me pretty quickly so I couldn't re use those either. Had to buy new rotors when the pads were done so needless to say I didn't get them again.

You probably won't have the same corrosion problem being in Texas so it's probably worth doing for you.
