Im looking for red led rear bumper reflectors and rear side reflectors (red lenses, red leds) but the kicker that im having trouble finding is i want the rear ones to light up with the taillights then light up brighter with the brake lights. Ive searched for several days and cant seem to find anything other than a set of clear ones (http://store.ijdmtoy.com/Mazda3-Mazda6-Clear-Lens-LED-Bumper-Reflector-p/bumper-reflector-sku406.htm) and i hate the look of clear. any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you don't like the clear, you can wrap them in transparent red or smoked vinyl.
How about something like this: http://www.thespeedline.us/servlet/the-227/02~08-Mazda3-BK-RED/Detail or SU has them.
LEDs don't have filaments by the way. Brightness is increased/decreased by changing the current to the LED. Any LED reflector when wired properly should function as the brakes do. Use these directions to install them: http://fp2000.org/mazda/m3reflector.pdf and simply tap into the brake lights in step 18.
And make sure you post pictures when you are finished. I'm going to do this in the spring with smoked reflectors!
