Does exist difference between AT and mechanical transmision for buying Air Intake?

theres different part numbers for a MT than a AT but im not sure the exact difference

The AT intake will work on a manual tranny car, and with a little modding, the MT intake will fit on an auto car.

Both transmissions are "mechanical"

However, one is shifted manually and one is automatic.

...unless there was a magic trans option I wasn't aware of.

Nice welcoming comittee.

Let's just try and answer his question, share some knowledge, and be done with it, shall we? No reason to "laugh our asses off" at his different terminology when it's obvious what he's talking about. He has a legitimate question.

So do I, but it's a sedan.
P5s around here didn't come with the option of a different engine size.

Where are you located?
