dent and badge

my trunk door got a 4-5 inch long dent and the mazda badge fell off, as a tree trunk fell and bruised the car. One of the underlying screws/bolts for the badge is exposed.

Do you guys know whether it's easy to put the badge back, and have the dent pop back? I'd imagine a body shop can do it. But I wonder how much it would cost, and whether the badge part could be a DIY item.

If you are talking about the "mazda" badge, that just pops back in. There are no screws or bolts, just the three pegs that pop into place. There should be plastic retainers that fit into the body holes, if not, you will need to go to the dealer for replacements...

It looks like the plastic pins are broken off at the base. I don't see how I cold get the base off the body hole. Any ideas? If I do get it off, how does the replacement pin get back in the hole? Glued?
