Hey all,
Been awhile since I tinkered, but I just ordered a Cobb AP. Briefly, here are my poweradders:
CPE Nano SRI with amsoil filter
SU TMIC
TurboSmart BOV
Cobb Turbo Inlet
ITV22 denso plus
SU Test pipe.
When I get the unit, I am going to flash it with the stage 1 OTS with SF intake, and log to see how it goes. From there I will bone up on Accesstuner and adjust as needed.
A few questions:
I was logging last night, and I did a few WOT pulls. All looked good, except for one pull, where I noticed an instant where boost got to 18psi, the AFR fattened up to 9.6, and fuel psi dropped to 1260 psi. For the most part fuel psi was always 1550+, with 15.5 psi boost.
Is that split second with low fuel psi enough concern to jump up to a big boy fuel pump, esp. if I'll be running a stage 1 map with the AP? Even with a pig rich AFR?
