CX-9 2009 v/s 2010 GT

Hi All,

I am considering to buy either a 2009 GT and 2010 GT CPO car. The 2009 GT has navigation system but it is priced lower which is somewhat important for me. What are the unique features in 2010 model that I will miss if I end up buying 2009 model ?

I would never buy a car based on an outdated nav system which could be easily replaced by a newer mobile unit, but let's look at this another way:

Is there anything ELSE that comes on that car with the nav package that would tempt you to buy the older car? (Much better stereo, moonroof, power lift, color etc?)

Your salesman should be prepared with this info.

With 2010 GT you get BSM (blind spot monitor) standard. I think this was an option on 2009, so the 09 may not have it.

With the Nav you get a large touch screen in the center that integrates a bunch of features. The best one is probably using the large screen with the back up camera.

I just wanted to let you guys know that I ended up buying a CPO 2010 GT with bose audio, 6-disc cd changer, moon roof and power tailgate.
