Hi, I'd like to use a dashcam and was wondering if the 12V outlet that is on the passenger side of the dashboard console is switched. I mean by that if the outlet is not hot after the engine is turned off. If I use the dashcam, I would need and outlet like that otherwise it would drain the battery after engine off.

There's where I power my dashcam. Engine off = power off for that socket
