CX-5 Photos - Share your shots with us!

Great picture!! It looks like its come straight out of Mazda's marketing material!, what sort of camera?

Thanks (to all that liked my shot)

I used a Nikon D90 SLR with a 35-70mm lens and processed it very lightly in Google Picasa. I'm really shocked I've had this car all summer and haven't been up the mountains more than 4-5 times. That'll change soon and I'll bring back as many shots as I can. I have no shame in posing my car for a photo like this. I just wish you guys could see that I was backing up next to a 100 foot drop about 4 feet to the left of the driver's door. Makes me nervous thinking about it.

Just picked up our brand new 2014 CX-5 GT with tech pkg.
Plasti dipped the wheels until we find some wheels we like.
I can't wait to get her in the snow (last car was WRX).

Looks great. What the eff is with those trees in your neighbors yard though?

The plastidip wheels came out great. (Neighbor needs to re-landscape with a bulldozer.)

The greatest 5 minutes on the cx5 forum thus far, congrats to the participants. GDST Racing will be on my miata when I turn it into a dedicated track car. Damn funny fellows.

I don't understand the draw of "plasti-dipped" rims. I like the nice shiny clean silver. But, personal taste. :)

Yes I agree I think the stock 19" wheels look really nice, but then if we all liked the same things it would be a very boring world.

Agreed, and some of the premium automakers are offering similar nice dark/black wheels, including Lexus (IS350 F-sport) and Tesla (Model S).

I too like the stock silver wheels.
My better half wants some black or gunmetal wheels.
So for now, we decided to paint (plasti dip) the stockers until we're ready to buy some nice wheels.
You can always peel off the plastidip and return them to original condition when you feel.

Planing on plastidipping ours for the winter time to protect from the massive amounts of salt they use around here.
