Could the P5 Tran handle the power of a S/c???

hey im workin on this slowly but surly but i just thought of something, there is instant tourque with a s/c, (roots style to cuz it has extremely low end tourque) can the trans in our cars take that instant load??

I know we've got a couple of built blocks making 250+ turbo'd with stock 5speeds. I don't think that you'd get nearly that much with a non-intercooled S/C. And if you did, the motor would break long before the tranny.

Unless we're talking about Auto, then you're only good for abt 200hp tops.
