Out of the 3 oil, which one will be the best for a mazda 323 protege year 2003 turbo converted 2.0L engine running on 11PSI and which is it the best as well?

Thanks a lot..

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the majority of people are not sure why you posted these specs to get our opinion. I personally don't know how to read all that stuff and what that would have to do with application in your specific engine.

Are you considering off-the-shelf oils? There are a lot of opinions on that, but Royal Purple is one that is highly recommended. Just get a good off the shelf oil and you should be set.

Anyway what grade o oil you'll recommend me?0w30?
Here in australia, in winter the lowest temp is 1 degree and in summer the max temperature is about 42 degrees.

cheers
