coil over question

I know this kit says 02-03 but i heard 99-03 were the same frame or whatever? Will this kit work on my 01 protege?

I'm willing to believe that it's mis-information due to lack of knowledge about the platform. You'd be fine. For example, they mention the MP3... which was actually made in 2001.
