Cheapest way to exchange currency.

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone knew what's the cheapest way to exchange currency without getting hit with heavy commission or transaction fees. I'm taking a trip to Canada in a week and from my experience, prices of things inside the airport are pretty expensive. Thanks.

pay with a credit card. usually your financial institution will look to get the best rate they can because it's really their money being spent until you pay it back
