Bump!
I put one on my integra for about $100 I think I remember. Actually did make a difference. I always raced this one guy I worked with. I did the throttle body spacer at the same time I put in my test pipe (I know I know, but on n/a cars its what 2 horses each). Anyway, made enough of a difference where I pulled more on him... about a half a car more on the stretch of road we normally hit.
Whether or not it actually does anything is up to you. To me, it was a fairly inexpensive project and I loved messing with that car as much as possible

I'm not sure if TB spacer would do much good since our TB has hot coolant running in it, and a TB spacer is used most of the time to reduce the amount of heat soak on the TB. Unless the TB spacer you are looking at does something to change the airstream entering the intake manifold.
