Rebuilt/Reconstructed Title
A Rebuilt/Reconstructed vehicle is a salvage vehicle that has been repaired and restored to operation. These vehicles are often severely damaged before they are rebuilt and refurbished parts are typically used during reconstruction. In most states, an inspection of the vehicle is required before the vehicle is allowed to return to the road.
Manufacturer Buyback or Lemon
A DMV or a state agency marks an official document or issues a Manufacturer Buyback/Lemon title when a vehicle has been repurchased by the manufacturer. Not all states issue manufacturer buyback titles and the specific requirements for a lemon law vehicle varies by state.
Odometer Rollback
If a more recent odometer reading is less than an older reading, then the odometer may have been tampered with and "rolled back".
Manufacturer Recall

Occurs when the driver, passenger or side airbag has been used or deployed during a crash or other incident. If an airbag has been deployed, it must be replaced by a qualified technician. Have this car inspected by a mechanic prior to purchase.
Salvage Title
A Salvage Title is issued on a vehicle damaged to the extent that the cost of repairing the vehicle exceeds ~ 75% of its pre-damage value. This damage threshold may vary by state. I'd stay away from that one. First, note that it was a lease vehicle at the beginning of its life which is probably fine and given the dates they probably bought it afterward. After that, it sat on a lot for 2 months before someone bought it. They drove it for only 12K and traded it in? Now it is half a country away? No thanks.
Although there is nothing that stands out in the report, the fact the vehicle couldn't sell in Canada would have me concerned. Why does it have to end up in Florida to sell. Keep in mind that not all accident reports make it into Carfax. Some states don't report anything and I don't know what Canada's policy is on that stuff.

Still no info on the corolla? Sorry for late response. Still out of town for a competition with my job. Barely had a chance to get to a computer. The car was purchased at a dealer, but its got so many problems. they didn't provide my sister in-law with the carfax. She wanted to make sure it wasn't a lemon. Thanks again!
