Bumper clips on rear passenger about to fall off

Hey all,

As with many of you, I am dealing with some rust issues. But I have one specific question:

There is a really bad rust spot on the passenger rear wheel well (of course lol) right where the bumper clip is. This whole area is about to disintegrate (before I picked up thecar someone tried to bondo it, but never finished it)...

Anyway, what happens when that clip and screws go? Will other clips that are there hold it up? Is there an homemade solution?

I am about to ask an autobody shop their suggestion. Maybe a temporary solution can be had on the cheap (maybe a year or so?)

Just needing some info as to whether or not the bumper can be still held securly if the clips from the passenger side rear rust off.
