Brake pad recommendations?

I find that the stock brakes are a bit lacking. I was thinking of going with the hawk hps pads. I am looking for a street pad, and don't plan to track.

Although not on the Mazda5, this test was why I was thinking the hawk hps.

I put on hawk ceramics in the front, and monroe semi-metallics in the back of my ms3. Little more gradual stop, less brake dust especially for the front, best of both worlds.

I've been very happy with my hawk pads in the front. I'm getting ready to install rear ones now. But I'm also running Centric StopTech slotted fronts and soon rears.

I have had much happiness and satisfaction with ceramics. Centric Posi-Quiet ceramics are on both cars now.
