Best file sharing program?

You could always try different ports, etc. to try and connect to different services if you know/know someone who can do that kind of stuff.

I agree, but it's hard to find a good channel. Regardless if you got cable or DSL, just use IRC leave your comp on overnight and DL whatever you want without the spyware or worrying about getting sued. Chances are getting sued are so small anyhow but whatever.

one of my friends got sued, i saw the papers and it was emule that got him. seems to be the riaa's fav. thats all.

i tried... maybe im doing it wrong but its on lock down for the most part. The complex does this because each room has its own internet and theres 20 buildings and theres an avg for 48 rooms per building. It looks as if each room has been asignned its own IP, so basicly that means theres alot of router shelves and sharing prob a T1 connection. So this keeps s*** from lagging... or crashing

es5.com works btw i havent tried all your suggestions guys but es5 doesnt seem to have much music at all, just stuffs thats heavly mainstreamed... and porn.

Also the law says you can share music with others, but theres nothing againest downloading it. So basicly if you just DL it and then move it to your playlist folder your money.

Our tech is apparrently a UF computer grad or something or other... bad

Suprised no one has said this yet, but Soulseek is a great program , haven't had any problems and I don't think there is any spyware. Singles, full albums, movies, whatever you want.
