I debated whether to replace the pulley with the Dayco 89015 or the Gates 36326.
The Dayco is plastic, like the OEM pulley, and the Gates is metal. The Dayco was $13 and the Gates was $16 at Napa. After comparing them, there's no question the Gates is the way to go. The bearings in both are made in China, but the Gates metal pulley is made in Canada.
I changed out the part in about 2 minutes and it's a lot quieter. I highly recommend buying either and changing it when you hear them rattling.
