Are these bad tires?

Personally i would spend the money and get nitto neo gens. Tires is something i will not go cheap on. I like my car and rims too much.

They suck, from what I hear. They're loud as s***, annoyingly so. The HTRZ III is a very different animal, however, taking top honors in a recent shootout.

I HATED my buddies Neo Gens.

I heard people love them and won't buy any other tire, or people hate them because they don't grip well and become noisy after a while. I personally wouldn't buy Sumitomo tires as you get what you pay for with most tires.

I couldn't get the page to open (internet is slow here) but i think you're looking at Sumitomo HTR+. I am considering these for my next tire because they're cheap and I have read a lot of reviews on other forums that have praised them. Are they as good as a $90 tire? Of course not, but from what I hear, they don't suck, and if you're looking for cheap all-seasons, they might not be a bad choice.
