anyone used a decent suspension shop?

so i blew a spring on my maxima the other day, im looking to get it fixed and everyones quoting me ridiculous labor amounts from alldata...

like
-- "removing the old front springs and replacing will run you 575 with an alignment, assuming you supply the parts"
-- "for R&R'ing the old suspension with preassembled units is 6 hours labor at 110 per hour, so youre looking at about $700"... if it takes you 6 hours to take 4 strut/springs off and put new ones on, you shouldnt be spinning a ******* wrench.

has anyone around here used a decent suspension shop that wont just rip me off from alldata quotes? id do it myself but im STUPID busy right now, and id rather not get impaled if that broken spring flies off the strut.
