Anyone knows how to update the music database or the system SW?

Music DB:
There is a mention of using a USB stick for that, but I wonder if anyone did it?

but the problems I have are:
- where do I download the files to put on the USB stick from?
- is this site legit? (mazdahandsfree.com doesn't sound official as a site name).

System version updates:
Anyone knows how to update it? Will this be through the dealer only? (and will they do it for free?) Or better through the SD card or USB stick?
Maybe someone with a Mazda 6 or CX-5 knows?

To get my system software updated I had to take it to the dealer. They use a USB stick and it took them over an hour to update the car. Most people already have the latest software. If you version is 20.xxxx then you have the latest. Mine was 16.xxxx

I believe Mazda's intent is to have that mazdahandsfree site running for owners to update the software and nav maps on their own, but it isn't ready yet.
