Anyone install an Alpine iLX-702d head unit in a 2014 CX-5?

Hi there,

I have a few wires left over and the reverse camera and steering wheel controls are not working.
The unit came with a few patch leads and harnesses and they are all connected, but there are 3 single wires that are not connected.

Which steering wheel interface did you select? Because the Alpine won't control out of the box. You need a separate outboard box, one made by iDataLink (my favorite), PAC, Crux, or similar.

Also, if you are using the factory reverse camera, you need a step down voltage converter because the factory camera uses 6V, not 12. Hope you didn't feed it 12, because that could burn it up!
