Anybody with expereince with this chrome trim?

I've heard that buying chrome trim online isn't recommended due to it peeling or the color fading (I decided against getting fog light chrome trim because of another post on this message board)....anyone else with experiences with this?

Also, how about the link below? it seems to be sold by a Mazda dealer so does that make it more trust worthy?

My fog trim I put on my '15 seems to be stainless steel and has held up well over the last couple years.

meh, it's ok looking, but there's no wow factor , just ok,

carladylisa posted a video, looks like a genuine Mazda accessory, so it's better than eBay junk,
but for that price it better be real stainless steel not chrome plated ABS,

door bumper guards will serve a good purpose but look wise, it looks weird and takes away from the smooth profile....
