hi guys, can you help me out on what afr should i use with my fsze, im using adaptronic e420c ecu.
im using 4-2-1 stock headers of the fsze engine mazda speed, and 2 inch pipes with no cats and CAIS.
my current afr are 15.4 @ 0-25kpa. 15.0 @ 50-55kpa. and 14.1 @ 75-100kpa. please help,any ideas? thank you.
my rev limit @ 7,000 rpm i didn't use 7,500 rpm limit because after 7000rpm the graph goes straight flat.

The graph probably goes flat because the 2 inch is too restrictive at high rpm.

Can you please explain what you mean by kpa? Most AFR's are measured against rpm.

In general, the AFRs are too lean. If you were cruising, then AFRs around 14 would be fine. For power, you want to be down around 12 AFR.

thank you for your reply.. a very big help to me..

here is my target afr settings in the target afr tabsheet menu.

LOAD RPM
0% MAP=0kpa RPM 1000,3000,5000 & 7000 = AFR set to 15.4
25% MAP=27kpa RPM 1000,3000,5000 & 7000 = AFR set to 15.4
50% MAP=55kpa RPM 1000,3000,5000 & 7000 = AFR set to 15.0
75% MAP=82kpa RPM 1000,3000,5000 & 7000 = AFR set to 14.1
100%MAP=110kpa RPM 1000,3000,5000 & 7000 = AFR set to 14.1

I'm not familiar with Adaptronic so I'm not sure how much more use I'm going to be from here on in.

Again, those AFR's look too lean (too high).

Also, about your kpa values. Are you sure they are positive numbers? Do you have a boosted (turbo) engine?

i adjusted the target afr, 0 load from 15.4 changed to 14.7 then on max load from 14.1 changed it to 13.4. the pull all throughout the rpm is noticeable.. my car is NA only. yup the readings has no negative sign before the number. so i guess its positive? im not yet so familiar with tuning,i just read the manual of this ecu.its my first time to tune.. how about you guys with non turbo? which afr are you using starting from no load to max load? thank you for your reply sir.

kpa is absolute pressure if i remember correctly its essentially the constant pressure applied and varies only slightly when the engine is running, or i might kpa and absolute confused, i know i delt with it when i was programing my aem computer
