ac and radiator fans?

Is it normal when i turn on my ac both the radiator and ac fan come on?

If the ac is on and the coolant temp is over 195

ok but they both come on even when i first start up my car in the morning and the acs on and theres no way the coolant temp is over 195 as soon as i start it in the morning.

Mine do too. If you turn the AC on, both fans kick on.
