No it's stock height, I don't think I could successfully lower it very much, the fronts would likely clear the fenders, but the rear tires might rub (too close for comfort)
I think lowering may be possible. When I was driving home from getting the wheels I had my stock wheels/tire in the back (at least 150lbs), a 100lb jack, and my son (50lbs) in the back seat. It dropped the rear about 1.5" and the drivers side rear tire was rubbing slightly on the fender lip. If I rolled the feders I think I could drop it some.
Currently I can fit my middle and pointer finger in the gap between wheel and fender with a little wiggle room (1/4").
