2022 CX-5 Headlights OEM LED

Hi all,
The OEM headlight bulbs in my 2022 CX5 are LED. By looking at they, they do NOT appear like the H11 standard bulbs which are used in previous years. Does any body know what they are and hoe to replace them??? The user manual says they are to be changed/replaced with the whole unit. It is not very clear and does not make sense since the entire headlight unit is super expensive. Thanks

The user manual is correct, there are no bulbs or anything serviceable inside the headlight unit.

I agree with your sentiment. There are no standard LED bulbs though and every car manufacturer probably does the same thing that Mazda is doing with non-serviceable headlight assemblies.
