2019 CX-5 clock issue

clock is 3 hours ahead after sitting overnight. It corrects, but then displays wrong time again next morning. This just started happening 4 days ago.
thoughts?
edit: also noticed with GPS sync checked, the time was off by 1 hour with settings on Eastern US and daylight savings checked. When I unchecked GPS sync, time is correct. I will leave unchecked and see if clock displays correct time going forward.

my 2018 does the same thing, makes me wonder what the GPS sync really does. Pain in the butt to have to manually set anything to do with time changes in this day and age.

a year a little late but my 2018 does exactly the same, actually it happened again yesterday December 13, 2021 EST (Canada)..and still browsing for a fix

Synching with GPS does not auto-correct daylight saving. You need to adjust by 1 hr manually.
