2010 GS Fan Noise - Video Included

Does anybody know what is causing this noise in my fan?
It started only on cold days but now seems to be for the first 10 seconds every time I have the fan on.
I checked the cabin filters and they are clear.

EDIT: I had the car at the mechanic today and he believes that it is the "Blend door motor" or the "mode door motor" which act to change the air movement. Didn't get it fixed yet as I'm a little low on cash.

I had mine replaced under my extended warranty at my local Mazda dealership last year. According to the invoice, the part is called the "fresh air intake actuator". The part number is BBY4-61-B60, and it costs $80.10.
