2010 Bluetooth Phone question

I just took my 2010 GT in the shop for an issue with the Traction Control Light coming on intermittently. They said they had to replace the ABS module.

When I got the car back, all of my settings had disappeared. In re-setting everything, I noticed the order of items on the main me menu is different (Bluetooth is at the end of the 2nd screen now, it used to be at the bottom of my first screen) and, the bluetooth interface greys out when driving when I select bluetooth phone from the menu. I used to be able to operate my phone and access my phonebook while the car is in motion. Now, not possible.

Could they have updated my software somehow? If no, does anyone know how to change the order of the menu items and get the bluetooth phone screen so that it is active during driving. I know the NAV features do not function during driving, however, I always had my phone functions.

Thanks!
