2002 Protege 5 Repair Manual

Does anyone own a repair manual for the 2002 Protege 5? I can't seem to find one from any of the major producers of repair manuals. Any information and ISBN #'s woudl be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, they figured Mazda p5's were bulletproof, and that noone would ever need to work on them. There is no haynes, or Chilton---that I'm aware of...

Sweet! Thanks for the link. Amazing that none of the major publishers of repair manuals produce one for the Protege 5!

i can understand not making a manual for "Protege 5" but the 2.0 FS engine was used in the Proteg for a couple years + MP3 + Pro5 + MSP

To access the 2002 Protege / Protege 5 Workshop Manual, visit the Internet Archive (http://www.archive.org/), search for "protege5.ugly.net" and select a result from 2005 or 2006. (Or use this link: http://web.archive.org/web/20061223062340/http://protege5.ugly.net/)

What you will see is an archived version of the protege5.ugly.net website while it was operational. You can still view and download the shop manual PDF files.

anyone that has taken there AC out of ther MP5 rememebr what size belt u need afterwards for the power steering?

take a string and wrap it around the pulleys to get a measurement

My manual has duplicate sections for FS and ZM models.

What's the difference?

follow the FS if your in america
i know that doesn't answer the question
im speculating the the ZM is the JDM motor

FS is 2.0
ZM is 1.6

Only manuals i could find, a bit Pricy but well worth it. i didn't use one for my engine build its pretty simple, but if you want one. there worth it

here you can look at some auto repair manuals at auto md... they've got all types make for repair manuals...
