2000 Mazda Protege lx headlight relay

Hi guys,

Recently I bought an already wired up headlight relay for my 2000 Mazda Protege lx to improve the headlights. Today I wanted to put it on and the headlight wiring seemed too complicated to me to the extend that I thought that this car already had a stock headlight relay? How stupid do I sound? If the car has already this relay, what's the maximum wattage of bulb that I can safely put on?

I googled 00 headlight relay and it looks like one of the big cubes in the fuse panel. Ill look either later tonight or tomorrow morning to see if i can find one
