2.0L manual transmission fluid type

Anyone knows which one is the proper transmission fluid type for our manual protege5? I saw 75W90 from one of the website, but I want to confirm this with you guys. Again this is for a manual transmission Protege5. Thanks!

I use that type^^ but only cause i changed it the other night and probably wont have to ever again. ANyone else know your suppossed to change Manual fluid every 75,000 - 80,000 miles? Crazy. I think the Mazda book in your car says a different type fluid though. ...... .. .. ....

The manual states:
API Service GL-4 or GL-5
SAE 75W-90
