Don't bother with replacement, same thing will happen. It's just the way it is with the piano black trim used in practically all cars. Your best bet is to cover it up with an overlay of some sort.
It is possible to polish it out with plastic polish. It will be cheaper, but requires more work, and you'll have to maintain it as it will continue to scratch over time.
