Hi folks,
My 2017 6 is now one year old, and of course I'm getting the sales pitch from my dealership that I 'need" to bring it in for it's one year maintenance stuff.
I don't drive it much, and it has not seen winter driving yet (was in Florida last winter), and so far it's performing well.
I also only have 11,500 kms on it (about 7K miles), and only has 2K since the last oil change.
They still want me to bring it in for another oil change, as well as brake maintenance and other god-knows-what BS.
The charge will be $250.00.
I just can't see the point in all this.
Is it worth it, or even necessary at this point? What are the warranty rules if I don't bother with this?
Is it just a cash grab from the dealer? That's kind of what I'm thinking here.
Thoughts?
Thanks.
