- 2012 Mazda5 GS
My 2012 Mazda5 with about 95,000 km just developed an unstable idle on the weekend. Revs would go up and down continuously when stopped. Moving and the the car drives mostly fine. Just started in the middle of a drive after getting off the highway. Finally threw a code P0101 (MAF sensor problem), so I went ahead and cleaned the MAF. That didn't work, so I threw in a new OEM MAF sensor. When that didn't work as well, I left it with the dealership, who came back and says that I need a new PCM! I decided to sleep on it, and today pulled the codes again and found a P0113 (IAT sensor high). The MAP and IAT are in the same module, so that's already a brand new sensor.
What does everyone think? The new PCM needed? Or any other ideas?
