Amber light on Start/Stop Button

My CX5 start stop button led turns amber from time to time, anyone knows what this symptom can be? see attached picture... thanks in advance...

I think you put it in ACC position by pressing the button without pressing the brake

I should have been more specific... that happens while we are driving the car, i took the picture when I got home but the button was lit this way the entire drive...

I would start by replacing the battery in the keyfob.
