00 protege 1.6 fires once

I have a 00 Protege 1.6 when trying to start coils will fire once and then nothing untill you reset the keyswitch. no check engine code .....any ideas? Is it the PCM

CPS? Does it fire immediately, or is it somewhat random?

it fires perfect the first time you start then it doesnt fire again just turns over

my car do that too, start her up nice strong voooooooooooooooooommm then it calm down. stop go shopping start her up again, it feeel like she just rumble a little bit and turn over it a nasty feeling
