i would not be surprise if its your maf sensor. they extended the warranty of msp maf sensors to 7 years or 70k miles since they go bad. Does the car runs worst when it gets up to operating temp? Also, does it idle fine?

its not a bad idea to just double check that your boost gauge is working properly. all what has been said before you should check out as well
