If it were me, I would take off the JoeP boost controller and JoeP fuel pressure reducer (assuming that's what FPR means) and install the Unichip boost controller. A good tuner such as JDM Sam or Roger at JapTrix can make the boost controller behave properly, as I know from first-hand...

Seeing as you are getting dyno tuned, you might want to consider installing a progressive water/methanol injection system before doing so.
