Hi guys. I am in the market for a 99-03 Protege 2.0 for a DD. I've done some research on here but would like to know current opinions on best mods for a daily driven 2.0? I'd like to keep it as close to stock (quiet) as possible, retain the good gas mileage and like to know of any reliability...

I'm pretty sure he was referring to his stock MS3 tires when he said that.

Bottom line... I spun them too much on dry road :) If you don't drive them hard like I did, they will last a lot longer. The two with 20 will be fine on the rear of an MS3 with the 80's on front obviously... And as for your stock tires, yes, they are summer only. I think they are good...
