Hi guys, I tried unsuccessfully to program our garage door opener to the CX-5 homelink yesterday. (GT with tech package). We have a Genie Powerlift 900 for the garage. Have any of you experience with setting this combination up ? If so it would be appreciated. Tks.

We purchased a new 2015 CX-5 a few days ago, and it has the OEM hitch fitted to it. There was a supplied box in the truck which has the hitch ball mount, but no ball. Should this OEM kit have the ball also ? What did you guys get. What the box contained.
