Thats wayyyy too high at 22psi, im running about 12 degre for 15psi of boost and yet this is with water injection. At your boost level I would dial it down to 7 -8.

Just curious, wat timing were u running on full boost?

The turbo i got is a cxracing one, got it less than 200$. Swaped out the original exhaust seal with 25$ stagger gap seal, that way it would never smoke.

Keep.. the.. oil... cooler. Mazda put it since its turbocharged. The more power you put out on a motor the more heat will be generated. The heat is dissipate thorugh the coolant AND the Oil , AND the exhaust. You will need a cooler, Period. Mazda did a good job on putting the heat exchanger...

well it seems you ran pretty rich, 10ish AFR you lose some power, stay around 11.3-11.7 you will gain some.

The straight cut gear arent for daily driving anyway. It's purely for racing purpose and need to be rebuilt often. Helical gear will last much longer because the gear tooth dont smash eachothers like the spur gear.

Please check your timing with timing light to make sure MS2 is well calibrated.
